This is the quick version. If you want the full explanation — every payment method, deposit timing, and troubleshooting — read the complete deposit guide first. This page is the checklist you run through once you already know the theory.

Before step 1: verify the operator's PAGCOR licence through PAGCOR's official channels, not through the operator's own site. If you haven't done that yet, do it now — before anything else on this page matters.

The 5 steps

1

Log in on the official domain

Type the URL yourself or use your bookmark. Never deposit after clicking a link from SMS, email, social media, or an ad — those are the most common deposit-scam entry points.

2

Open the cashier from inside your account

Deposit only through the cashier/deposit section once you're logged in. If anyone sends you a "direct deposit link," ignore it. Real operators don't need to email you a shortcut.

3

Enter amount and choose a method

Pick from the payment options shown on the page — typically GCash, Maya, online banking, QRPH, or bank transfer. Check the minimum and maximum before you confirm.

4

Confirm the recipient, then pay

On a licensed platform, the recipient name is the operator's licensed corporate entity — not a personal name, not a random business. Your bank or e-wallet app will display this before you approve. If it's a person's name, cancel the payment.

5

Keep the reference number

Screenshot the confirmation from your bank or e-wallet. This is what support will ask for if the deposit doesn't appear. Do not delete it until the funds show in your casino balance.

Stop immediately if: you're asked to pay a "verification fee" or "activation fee" before your deposit is credited; the recipient's name is a personal account; support contacts you first about a deposit you didn't report; or the platform pushes you to send funds to a "top-up agent" on GCash, Maya, Viber, WhatsApp, or Telegram. None of these happen on a licensed platform.

If the deposit doesn't arrive

  1. Check your payment app for the transaction reference and confirm it went through.
  2. Check your casino transaction history — the funds may already be credited.
  3. Wait the normal processing window (instant for e-wallets and QR, up to a few hours for bank transfers).
  4. Contact support through the official in-app channel with the reference, amount, method, and timestamp.
  5. Never accept help from anyone who messages you first claiming to be support.

Full troubleshooting detail is in the deposit troubleshooting guide.
