This is the quick version. If you want the full explanation — KYC, wagering requirements, processing times, and the red flags that mean you won't get paid — read the complete withdrawals guide first. This page is the checklist you run through once you already know the theory.
Before step 1: make sure you've completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are blocked without it on every licensed platform — no exceptions. If you haven't verified yet, do that first, then come back.
The 5 steps
Check your bonus status
If you have an active bonus, confirm the wagering requirement is met. This is the single most common reason a legitimate withdrawal gets held. The remaining wagering amount is usually shown in your account or bonus section — check it before you request anything.
Log in on the official domain
Type the URL yourself or use your bookmark. Withdrawals are the moment scammers target hardest — the "we can't process your withdrawal, click here" email or SMS is a classic fake. Only log in through the site you typed or the app you installed from an official store.
Open the cashier and request the withdrawal
From inside your logged-in account, go to the cashier/withdrawal section. Enter the amount, check the minimum and maximum shown, and choose a payment method. The destination account must be in your own name — the same name on your KYC documents and casino account.
Confirm the withdrawal
You'll often need a 2FA code, an email confirmation, or both. Complete it inside the platform. Then wait for approval — compliance review is a normal part of the process, not a sign of delay. The disclosed processing time for your method is your reference point.
Keep the reference number
Screenshot the confirmation from the cashier. Note the reference number, amount, method, and timestamp. This is what support will ask for if the payment doesn't arrive within the disclosed window.
Stop immediately if: you're asked to pay a "release fee," "tax," or "verification fee" before your withdrawal processes; support asks for your password or 2FA code; your account is suddenly "under investigation" the moment you request a withdrawal; or someone contacts you first (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram) offering to help you withdraw. None of these happen on a licensed platform.
If the withdrawal is delayed or denied
- Check your bonus status first — unmet wagering is the #1 cause of a legitimate hold.
- Check your KYC status — any missing or rejected document blocks the withdrawal.
- Check the payment method — the destination account must be in your own name.
- Wait the disclosed processing window before chasing — withdrawals take longer than deposits by design.
- Contact support through the official in-app channel with the reference number, amount, method, and timestamp.
- Never accept help from anyone who messages you first claiming to be support.
